- Discovered RAID configurations (0, 1, 5, 10) and rebuild

- Practiced network diagnostics (ping, traceroute, ipconfig, nslookup)
VMware Virtualization
- Supervised creation of virtual machines
- Observed resource management and snapshots

- User support and hardware/software maintenance
